Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The 5Labs Affiliate Program allows participants to earn commissions by referring new customers to 5Labs. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Anyone may join the affiliate program. You do not need to be a 5Labs customer. A valid email address and PayPal account (for receiving payments) are required.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 20% of the first payment made by each referred customer. Commission rates and structure may be updated at any time with notice.

4. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked via a unique referral link. A 30-day cookie window applies — if a visitor clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, you receive credit. First-click attribution is used.

5. Payouts

Commissions are paid via PayPal. Payouts undergo a brief review period (typically under 60 minutes) before being processed. 5Labs reserves the right to withhold payouts pending fraud review.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Self-referrals (referring yourself or your own accounts)
• Using paid ads that bid on 5Labs branded keywords
• Cookie stuffing or click fraud of any kind
• Misrepresenting 5Labs, its products, or pricing
• Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk messages

7. Account Linking

If you sign up as a standalone affiliate and later create a 5Labs account using the same email, your affiliate profile will automatically link to your account. Your referral history and earnings are preserved.

8. Termination

5Labs may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms. Outstanding, legitimate commissions will still be paid. You may also leave the program at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes

5Labs reserves the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email on your affiliate profile.
